What is VPN? 
VPN is actually "virtual private network " in our simple language it helps us to protect our privacy data from government or anyone 
because in india or many countries 
there are many sites which had blocked by government which they think is dangerous for our citizen 
but anyone has no right to decide which site we had to visit
so in these conditions 
we use VPN for our privacy 

But in this VPN process the VPN provide charges us a big amount of money 
i know some people can afford but usally big number of people can't afford this 
so they go for free VPN 
but i want to tell you that free VPN is not safe 
in free VPN there are better chance to lost data 
so don't use free VPN 

What to do ?
many people advices and even i think that these are some possibility  
1- Purchase VPN service if you can afford
2- or use browser like tor , puffin etc 

which browser is best ?
i personally say from my experience that puffin is best if you don't want to use VPN and also want to secure your private data 
in puffin browser 
this is working like Private network 
in this browser you can use any site and also that site which is blocked in your country 
so you must try it 

why not tor browser?
because tor browser is work on dark web system which is just for that who knows technology or browsing field very well 
 so i don't recommend tor to anone 
because it's so dangerous 
illegal things are also  available on this browser
so don't use tor browser 

i think puffin is best for your privacy 
you should try this 
after that you can decide
