today we are going to talk about overcoming your stress or tension
i know this is a different topic from my blog category but i think it can help you alot

so there are many things that can disturb our life
in your sorounding
there are many problem which can effect you mind or mentality or your thinking levels
so
we always want to overcome from this stress but in that way we can't find find the right way to overcome your stress
so there are some tries and tested ways to overcome your stress
1- talk to yourself : in this busy lifestyle this is needed that you have to arrange your time for yourself because i see how youth waste time
so if you are are tensed
take a break
sit where no one can disturb you
and think about that tension
and ask yourself how can you overcome from this!
I think in my experience
it can solve your 90% problem
so try it and if this works you can comment below
2- communication : i think if you have any problem
if can talk to that which had already face the same problem that you had
because he can tell you, how he solve this problem and come out from this
you can talk to your father, brother, friends etc
and if you have a problem with someone
tell them that i am not comfortable with this so please Don't do this
i believe he can understand your problem
so try this
3- watch your favourite movie ,shows : in sad mood
we should watch our favourite movies , shows or anything
which you always watch and laugh so much
not much but laugh or be happy on that particular time
so these are some tips who are not feel confident or always be tensed which you can try
be happy and help if you can
